Community Peace Garden
The Community Peace Garden, created through a collaboration of local organisations and volunteers, including many New Scots, opened in August 2024 as a shared space for connection, inclusion, and ongoing community use.
Well Preserved Ladies
The Well Preserved Ladies are a volunteer group who turn surplus produce into jams and chutneys, fostering community, reducing isolation, and raising funds and awareness for Bridgend Farmhouse through their weekly sessions.
Place, Work and Folk
Place, Work, Folk’ is a community oral history project capturing local people’s memories, recollections and stories of Bridgend Farmhouse when it was a working farm.
